How can the people of a church expect decent leadership when the pastor has barely enough time to have a quiet time and throw together a sermon because he&#039;s doing everything that they should have been doing themselves in the first place?  But that&#039;s unfortunately how things turn out a lot of the time, a small group doing most of the work.  In that situation, people shouldn&#039;t even bother to wonder why they&#039;re not efficient.
