Just a side-thought on the movie coach getting saved: I don't remember that part of the movie, I remember his player getting saved, and the coach praying and meditating on God's Word but never got the impression he got saved. He also coached for Shiloh Christian Academy, so a little harder to believe they would have hired an unbelieving coach. I did think the soccer-player-turned-kicker and his dad helped to explain some of the message that, no matter what your situation, you have to do your best for God's glory. Totally agree that the message is almost too good to be true, but it's a movie, and the theme that you must do your work for His glory alone was evident. Important thought to remember, no doubt.

I watched an interview of a champion rodeo cowboy last week. He said that whenever he followed Christ, he won. When he didn't, he lost. So you wonder what motivates him to follow Christ.
