Chris,

I reread my small post after reading your post. First, I want to thank you for your graciousness in this post. I edited the first sentence of my post in seeing that me calling some of the motions "pathetic" no matter how much ground I had to stand on is certainly not gracious. Thank you for the godly rebuke.

Besides my first ungraceful sentence, I do not think that the rest of the post was negative or has the potential of making conflict worse. The quotes and questions I posted are merely quotes and questions that I feel the SBC does need to address and answer.

Thank you again for showing me the kindness and grace I did not initially show others of our convention.

The post itself was fine, some of the comments made following the post are what I'm referring to. I should have been more specific about which comments I referred to. :)

May I ask how the comments will make conflict worse. All the post said was that the quotes from different SBCer's are things that do need addressed and are questions that do need answered. How does that make conflict worse?
