These days I do my Bible study and sermon prep in Logos so I have a copy of BibleWorks 7 + modules sitting unused. I do not have the original box though I do have the original cds plus all serial numbers. Here’s what I have:

• BibleWorks 7 The newest version, recently released, is 8. Read a review of 7 here. Cost new: $350.
• The BDAG/Halot module. Cost new: $212.
• Futato’s Beginning Biblical Hebrew module. Cost new: $25.
• Waltke and O’Connor’s Biblical Hebrew Syntax module. Cost new: $43.
• Comfort and Barrett’s The Text Of The Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts module. Cost new: $30.

I am selling all this for $300.

If you were to buy all of this today, with BibleWorks 8 instead of 7, it would cost $660, about the same I paid when BibleWorks 7 came out.

Upgrading from BibleWorks 7 to BibleWorks 8 costs $150 so if you really want BibleWorks 8 but are also interested in my modules you could buy what I’m offering above, upgrade to BibleWorks 8, and still save $200.

Somewhere along the way my website decided to oppose itself. I have a “Subscribe to feed” link at the top that sends a user to my feed via Feedburner but I also have an RSS feed defined in the code that had been pointing visitors to the local RSS feed.

I would prefer people subscribe to my blog through Feedburner. The main reason for this is to make things more flexible if I ever decide to change blogging software. Another reason is it helps give me some idea of how many people are reading this site.

So, if you subscribe to my RSS feed please make sure it is through Feedburner.

I still don’t really understand Twitter but I’m on it anyway. Don’t worry, you are not likely to ever know when I’m brushing my teeth or what I ate for breakfast.

Taking advantage of the special offer from Desiring God, I’ve just ordered 216 copies of John Piper’s devotional book 50 Reasons Why Jesus Came to Die. We will be giving out these books at our church but I thought I’d offer a few copies on here as well.
